　　Circular rotating furnace:
　　The heating capacity of the circular furnace is No.1 in China; the diameter is 46m, ranking the second place in China.
　　It is utilized to heat the solid round billet to the strength required by the process to satisfy the deforming need of the piercing mill.
　　Features of the circular furnace
　　1 The circular furnace is that one whose heating capacity is the largest in China, reaching 200t/h（130 piece/h）, and it also is the circular furnace whose median diameter ranks the second place in Asia.
　　2 The circular furnace adopts flat-roof configuration and total roof radiation; the fuel is natural gas.
　　3 It is equipped with 2 blower fans. Only one fan is in operation in small production to save energy as well as to allow for maintenance of another fan.
　　4 Slag-removal system is installed around the water-seal groove at the inner and outer rings of the circular furnace.
