General Statement

            The 6〃PQF Contlnuous Rolling Mill is another production line newly constructed following the 14〃MPM one for producing the continuous-rolled pipes in CSST. It introduced into the PQF Five Stand Trio Mill which designed by DANIELI company from italy as well as the Three Roll Stretch Reducer with 24 stander designed by the Germany company-KOCKS. It is estimated that the 159PQF Continuous Rolling Mill will go into production in September,2007. The production capacity designed for the mill is 350,000 metric tons per year from size ￠48.3mm~￠177.8mm*3.5mm~25mm.

The Product Accuracy

    The 6〃PQF Contlnuous Rolling Mill could make pipes with high quality through coordination of its hardware and software,which shows princlpally as below:

●  The length of each pipe made by that mill could be 90 meters long,which can meet completely the client requirement for delivering in longer multiple lengths.

●   Both the inside and outside of the pipes are smooth without spire.

●   The OD precision can be ±0.3%~0.5%

●   The wallthickness precision can be ±4%~6%

●   The 6〃PQF Contlnuous Rolling Mill is set with normalizing processing line,it can increase the mechanical property of the products through the normalizing process to the hot-rolled steel pipes.

●  In order to increase the yield capacity of the pipes for exporting,the 6〃PQF Contlnuous Rolling Mill built a new production line which can produce annually 150000 mts steel pipes for special purpose.The main mills in such production line are chamfering machine,measuring and welghing machine,mark-spraying machine,varnlshing machine,baking furnace,and seml-automatic packing machine etc,which increased effectually the production capacity as well as improving the packing quality of the exporting pipes.
